The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), will organize exams for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (RRB) for various posts. While IBPS administers the exam, the recruitment interviews are done by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the assistance of the Institute and National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).

Regional rural bank (RRB) office assistant exam is conducted to recruit candidates for office assistants in the Regional rural banks in our country. The candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and should be Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*  and Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.

The RRB Officer Scale-II and Scale-III ​recruitment is done by the qualification of the candidates who have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. The preference will be given to the candidates having Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
